Hmmmm
Well as you can see it's been a while since I last posted. Sorry about that to those that do read. Trent and I have now been in Colorado for approximately a month. It is so beautiful here, and I think we are doing pretty well with the living together thing. Some days are harder than others, but I just love that he is there for me all the time.
We both finally got jobs. YIPPEE! It is a huge relief because I need some money bad. I am going to be working as an Administrative Assistant in a CPA firm downtown Denver, and Trent got a job as a server at Red Lobster close to our house. He isn't too thrilled about his job, but I think once he actually starts making some money things will be better for him.
I am again at a weird crossroad in my life because I just can't seem to decide what I want to be when I grow up. Some days I have my mind all made up..."yes, I am definitely going to be a Graphic Design professor," but other days I just don't think I'm cut out for it. Maybe an MBA in Business Management or something would be better suited, or maybe I just don't need to know at this point in my life. I just don't feel focused, and it drives me crazy. I wish I knew exactly where my talents were pointing me. I know that I don't want to be an Office Assistant forever, but I just can't get myself to do anything else. AAHHHHH!!!
Oh well, I'm sure it will all work out.

YAY you got a job. Woo hoo hoo. Don't worry about 'what you want to be when you grow up', although I'm sure you don't. But don't sell yourself short either - Denver/Boulder area would be a cool place to get out there and get some design work out of you. 'Try before you buy' in a way. You are totally capable, I just hope you get to use your skillz yo.
Thanks for the motivation Lexi. I believe in the next year or so, I will try to do some design work...maybe freelance or something. We'll see.
